This website ("Site") is operated by Yumi Chats ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit the Site or chat with Yumi, a fictional AI character.

What we collect

Chat messages you send and the AI-generated replies.
Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, timestamps, and a random session ID.
Age confirmation: the fact that you confirmed you are 18+ (stored in your browser).
Advertising data: if you arrive from an ad, the ad platform may set cookies or pixels under its own policy.

How we use it

To generate chat replies. Messages are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for processing.
To keep the service safe: reviewing conversations for abuse, minors, and policy compliance.
To improve the experience and measure ad performance.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the Site (hosting, AI processing, analytics) or where required by law.

Retention

Chat logs are kept for up to [90 DAYS] and then deleted, unless needed for safety or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete your data by emailing yumischat@gmail.com. Please include the approximate date and time of your chat.

Children

The Site is for adults 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; such chats are ended and deleted.
